Essentials: Third-level qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management; minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry in Ireland , including 3 years in Project Management; proven ability to manage design teams, subcontractors, and direct teams; expertise in health and safety, quality management, and BCAR processes; knowledge of AutoCAD
Location: Onsite in South Dublin
Salary: Up to €85,000

A leading property development firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of industrial construction projects. Reporting to the Contracts Manager and Senior Management, the role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies, providing strong leadership on safety management.
  • Programme Management: Develop and monitor detailed project programmes, identifying milestones and adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, local authorities, and utility providers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Design Coordination: Oversee design development to meet client requirements, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Construction Oversight: Lead the site team, supervise subcontractors, and monitor progress to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Procurement Support: Assist in tender processes, attend pre-tender and pre-award meetings, and manage procurement tasks.
  • Risk Mitigation: Implement risk management processes, maintain risk registers, and proactively address potential issues.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Manage BCAR processes, maintain documentation, and produce progress reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Community Relations: Build positive relationships with neighbours and the public to enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Team Leadership: Allocate responsibilities, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
