About the Role We are seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented individual for the role of Project Manager. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. The Ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex software projects, leading cross- functional teams, and delivering high- quality products on time. Key Responsibilities Liaising with stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals. Playing a vital role in the planning, development, and coordination of projects. Performing routine administrative tasks such as invoice preparation, estimate provision, and meeting scheduling. Maintaining consistent reporting on project progress. Timely and efficient completion of tasks assigned by the Project Manager. Managing project life cycles to ensure the timely delivery of projects with established budgets and quality standards. Engaging stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives. Building project scope statements, developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and creating project plans grounded in relevant methodologies. Applying principles of quality management throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively tracking project progress to monitor risks and identify potential issues. Required skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors degree in business management or a related field preferred. Experience: 2-3 years experience in Project Management or a similar role in the Tech industry. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Project and project management tools is a plus. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and training to end-users. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with IT and other departments to achieve common goals.
