Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and deliver large-scale programs in the banking domain, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Implement quality control and testing processes to ensure deliverables meet banking industry standards.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in the banking domain.
  • Proven experience in testing processes, methodologies, and quality assurance in banking projects.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
