Job Description Overview The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day management of road construction activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Your role Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors. Prepare and monitor project execution plans and resource allocations. Review design documents, technical submissions, and material approvals. Oversee roadworks (earthworks, pavement, asphalt, utilities, drainage). Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Prepare project progress reports and manage client communication. Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, HSE, and procurement teams. About you Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. 12–15 years experience in road/highway project management. Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Good understanding of road construction techniques and standards.
