Job Description Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on drainage and water systems. Oversee project lifecycle including feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and construction. Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Manage project risks, quality assurance, and change control processes. Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations. Mentor junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management role. Proven expertise in drainage design, stormwater management, and water infrastructure.. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP certification is a plus.
