  • Interested in education, teacher development, and evidence-informed practice
  • Technically confident and able to work with digital platforms and tools (coding not required, but tech-savvy is a plus)
  • Experienced in managing digital content or learning platforms (desirable, but not essential—we’ll support your learning if needed)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join InnerDrive in a pivotal role. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Manager to help drive the continued growth and success of our Teacher CPD Academy.
In this role, you will take the lead on planning, coordinating, and delivering a range of projects across the platform. You will work closely with our internal team and external collaborators to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and enjoys working in a mission-driven team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management: Plan, track, and deliver key projects for the Teacher CPD Academy, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Team Coordination: Lead day-to-day collaboration with designers, content creators, and contributors to keep projects moving forward.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all is to a high standard, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs and ensure efficient use of resources without compromising quality
  • Internal Collaboration: Work alongside our team to support product launches, updates, and smooth running of the Academy.
