POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative Project Manager to work on Innomark’s permanent retail solutions team (Retail Environment, Displays, POP elements etc.), driving all project management. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing multiple programs simultaneously at a high level of execution.

DESCRIPTION:

  • Act as subject matter expert, project lead, and main point of contact for internal and external project coordination
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Develop and maintain internal project plans, including estimates, timelines, and objectives (experience with HIVE is a plus)
  • Act as an expert communicator and coordinator of internal resources and third-party vendors to promote flawless execution
  • Communicates the project status, requirements, and structure across the Project Management team and all necessary departments.
  • Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  • Manages day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  • Schedule and attend project planning meetings as needed; serves as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Working with Accounts Receivable, manages customer billing. Issues invoices, investigates billing issues and resolves discrepancies.
  • Assists with the implementation of workflow management and reporting tools focusing on quality, profitability, efficiency, and productivity
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or combination of experience and education to perform the above requirements
  • 5+ years of previous project management experience
  • Strong understanding of print and visual media
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
