With team members across North America and Europe, we’re committed to investing in the development of our team, no matter where they’re located.   Job Summary As a project manager, you will be primarily responsible for managing the delivery of the Inovatec product suite for our clients. Following our structured methodology and delivery approach, you will drive concurrent initiatives according to documented scope, time, and budget, while keeping a proactive eye on quality and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing, tracking, and enabling forward momentum in projects while communicating progress to internal stakeholders and clients. To us, successful project delivery means driving our client’s needs end-to-end within time/scope/budget, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of blockers while gaining alignment and setting and managing expectations internally and externally. Your role as a project manager will give you the opportunity to be part of the North American lending industry, to work in a fast-paced environment, and to experience working with cross-functional teams across the world. Responsibilities * Work with both internal and external stakeholders to plan and manage system implementations deployments, and upgrades. * Run internal and client project kickoff meetings. * Develop and manage detailed project schedulesin MS Project. * Manage progress/status updates internally and externally. * Proactivelyidentifyand manage risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and track actions and decisions. * Develop get-back-to-green plans for projects asrequired. * Manage project finances through revenue forecasting and billing reporting. * Manage team time tracking through reporting and team management. * Report and escalate issuesin a timely manner to the PMO Manager or Leadership Team when necessary. * Proactively manage scope to avoid scope creep * Proactively manage scope, time, or budget risks through team collaboration and effective client engagement * Create and manageSOWs, and other documentation asrequired * Follow ProjectManagement Methodology andutilizeindustry best practices, techniques, and standards * Prepare for and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other customer review meetings * Work with the PMO to continuously improve ourmethodology, processes, and practices * Run retrospectives with internal teams and with clients to promote transparency and continuous improvement Technical Skills Required * ABachelor’s degree in business managementor a relatedexperience * 5 years of experience in managing concurrent software development life cycle (SDLC) projects in a fast-paced environment  * Advanced knowledge and experience managing projects in Jira and Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite is critical * Excellent interpersonal skills, written, and verbal communication skills  * Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail * Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) * Project Management Certificates are considered an asset (PMP, PMI, PRINCE II or similar)  * Ability to manage up and across * You’rea self-starter, achievement-oriented, motivated, and a creative problem solver Our core values:  Make sound decisions: We put ourselves in our customer's shoes, always ensuring we have the right facts and focus on solving the right problems.  Act like an owner: No matter the challenge, we overcome hurdles, seek out solutions, and follow through on commitments to consistently exceed expectations.  Get better every day: With our growth mindset and positive attitude, we apply our passion for innovation not just to our products, but also to ourselves.  We before me: Our collaborative spirit pushes us to act without ego, to communicate openly and honestly, and to win as a team.  What we offer:    Competitive salary and bonus structure  Flexible work environment  Career growth  Bi-monthly team events  Industry-leading benefits plan
