As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead our customer and internal projects. Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver successful projects in collaboration with our global teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional projects, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. This role involves working closely with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams, including AI, engineering, and operations, to ensure clear communication and project goals are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate risks, resolving project challenges proactively. Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and metrics. Support internal process improvement initiatives by managing operational or technical projects. Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing across teams for all project activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS, technology, or AI-driven industries. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Good to Have: Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or related technologies. Experience from civil engineering projects or education in that field. Experience working with international clients and teams.
