We’re looking for a Project Manager who will be the hub of the internal agency team, working on one of our largest clients in a hybrid work environment. The Project Manager plans, coordinates and manages the internal team’s resourcing, systems and workflow, from start to finish. This role ensures that the entire team is working at the highest level of efficiency with the right resources to deliver for our clients across every channel, every day. The Project Manager will work closely with every department at Yes& -- account management, creative, production, strategy, finance, media, PR, digital, but will have additional collaboration with the paid media and social media teams based on the clients needs. This role will focus on ensuring the work is being planned in a way where the right resources are being allocated to the right assignments and the team can get the work done in the short and long term. The Project Manager will also manage the systems and processes that help work flow through the agency smoothly…no scrambling and no surprises. The Project Manager will work across all integrated marketing and communications channels – video, print, OOH, social, digital, collateral, radio, events, etc. What you will do: Manage internal workflow and coordinate project schedules with our internal agency team and vendors Plan complex and multifaceted projects to ensure completion to high standards of quality within time frame and budget Create specifications, budgets, work plans, timelines, and resource allocation models for client assignments and communicate them out to necessary team members Support the internal teams in the development of creative concepts, content, strategic plans, campaigns and other production elements for campaigns Collaborating with Account Management on timelines, scopes of work Overseeing digital file management systems Facilitating key steps of Yes&’s internal Agile process Working with department heads and resourcing managers (creative, strategy, digital, account) to assign appropriate resources to assignments Reviewing utilization reports and be proactive in the team’s long-term resource planning/management Assisting on new business efforts, as needed Experience You Need: 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing-related Account Management. Strong preference for agency experience. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in advertising, communications, marketing, business or other related field Fluency with the processes, language, and technology of related to integrated marketing campaigns -- creative development and production (across every channel), paid media, strategy, research, social media and measurement/tracking Ability to juggle, managing multiple complex deliverables, projects and accounts at the same time Superior communication, writing, research, and oral presentation skills Past experience with managing internal creative, paid media, social media and strategic communications teams, as well as external vendors and freelance consultants Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Values You Should Share with Us The ability to approach any situation with a strong sense of positivity, possibility, creativity and curiosity An unwavering commitment to delivering for our clients, our agency and our teammates Strong collaborator & negotiator (ability to know when to compromise vs. when to push back) Working within a fast-paced, high-performance, diverse team environment Ability to thriving in situations that require collaboration and self-direction
