Description

OWN THE ROADMAP TO OPERATIONAL READINESS AND INTEGRATION.

At Vitalus, we’re building more than a new plant — we’re shaping the future of our business operations. As our new Project Manager, Integration & Planning, you’ll play a central role in helping our teams get ready for the scale, complexity, and opportunity this expansion brings. This is your chance to lead from the center: connecting people, aligning plans, and ensuring we’re ready to hit the ground running on day one.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Cross-Functional Readiness

    • Align operations, quality, IT, and corporate teams into a unified plan that supports our construction milestones.

    • Facilitate internal pull planning and phase planning sessions to surface key deliverables and realistic timelines.
    • Keep everyone focused and aligned with a milestone map that drives visibility, accountability, and follow-through.
    • Uncover Bottlenecks and Drive Solutions
    • Spot operational readiness gaps early and work with leaders to resolve them before they become blockers.
    • Partner with teams to map workflows, validate processes, and build readiness scorecards that highlight progress.
    • Ensure internal workstreams are synced with startup and commissioning plans.
    • Bring People and Plans Together
    • Act as the connective tissue between site-based implementation teams and corporate functions.
    • Facilitate communication across quality, finance, people & culture, IT, and operations to align impacts and execution.
    • Create smooth handoffs and clear lines of ownership to reduce friction and support timely decision-making.
    • Mitigate Risk and Enable Smart Decisions
    • Track internal risks, escalate blockers, and facilitate cross-functional reviews that keep progress on track.
    • Support structured change management efforts with P&C [PA1] and department leads — making transitions smoother and more sustainable.
    • Maintain transparent project documentation, decision logs, and feedback loops so nothing slips through the cracks.
