What You Will Own Manage timelines, task assignments, and deliverables across SEO, Paid Ads, Websites, Social, and Strategy projects Coordinate day-to-day operations within a portfolio of multiple client accounts, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet expectations Facilitate internal check-ins and client status meetings to keep everyone aligned Track project milestones, update stakeholders, and escalate risks or blockers when needed Maintain clean documentation, timelines, and project management tools like Jira Support process improvements that help our team operate more efficiently Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery What Success Looks Like Projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with minimal escalation Timelines, task assignments, and dependencies are clearly defined and actively managed Jira boards, documentation, and project plans are accurate, organized, and always up to date Internal teams know exactly what is expected of them and by when Client updates are clear, proactive, and confidence-building Risks, blockers, and scope concerns are identified early and surfaced before they impact delivery When issues arise, you bring options and recommendations, not just problems Handoffs between teams are smooth, with fewer surprises and less rework Meetings are efficient, purposeful, and result in clear next steps The delivery process becomes more predictable and efficient over time because of your involvement Why This Role Matters At Intellibright, strong strategy only creates value if it is executed well. By keeping delivery tight and predictable, the Project Manager enables strategists, creatives, and marketers to focus on their craft, while ensuring clients experience Intellibright as organized, proactive, and reliable. What We Are Looking For 3–5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment Strong attention to detail, with a knack for breaking big goals into bite-sized tasks Excellent communication skills—you’re confident leading meetings and following up with clients and internal teams Familiarity with digital marketing deliverables (e.g., SEO audits, ad campaigns, website builds) Experience using project management tools like Jira Ability to prioritize across multiple projects without losing momentum Positive attitude and a collaborative team player Must be Austin-based or willing to relocate (hybrid schedule requires in-person work 3 days/week) Agency or multi client experience preferred Compensation and Engagement Base Salary: $70K–$85K (depending on experience) Healthcare: 100% paid premiums for Blue Cross Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Retirement: 401K with 5% company match Time Off: 28 days of Holiday/PTO + 2 weeks of additional remote work annually Fraud Warning: Our team will only contact you through official company email addresses or phone numbers and will conduct interviews via live video.
