Project Manager, Interior Architecture & Design

Ware Malcomb is hiring a Project Manager to join our Interior Architecture & Design team in our Toronto office!
Project Managers are responsible for the successful management of Interior Architecture & Design projects from start to finish including client interaction, conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation and construction services. You will be responsible for working with clients, leading consultants and internal team, overseeing the development of contract documents, adhering to budgets, facilitating contracts, construction site representation and project closeout.

PROJECT MANAGER, INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of experience in the field of Architecture & Design
• Experience managing Workplace, Corporate Interiors or commercial interior design projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture or related field
• Revit skills
• ARIDO preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
• Thorough knowledge of building codes
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
