Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organisational skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-end commercial or residential fit-out projects. Due to the nature of client relationships and project confidentiality, a high level of discretion is required.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and manage multiple interior fit-out projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and business-sensitive data with discretion and integrity.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
