Position: Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery

JOB SUMMARY:

Worood Intraflora LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee high-end interior fit-out, joinery, and villa interior projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site execution, BOQ preparation, budgeting, estimation, and labor management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in interior fit-out, joinery, and villa project management in the UAE.
  • Strong expertise in BOQ preparation, estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and other project planning tools.
  • Excellent site management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of joinery detailing, material finishes, and high-end fit-out execution.
  • Familiarity with local authority regulations and site safety compliance.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Must be available for interview at any time and ready to join within 21 days after selection.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience in furniture layout, showroom planning, and merchandising.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, digital tracking platforms, and project dashboards.
  • Ability to create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations and client briefs.
  • Quick decision-making and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from design coordination to final handover.
  • Prepare and manage budget estimations, cost plans, and material take-offs.
  • Develop and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and scope of work.
  • Review technical drawings, joinery details, and ensure precise execution on-site.
  • Plan and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Supervise on-site works, manage labor teams, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, production teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, progress updates, and close-out reports.
  • Manage variations, change orders, and implement cost control measures.
  • Maintain complete project documentation, approvals, and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
