Ø Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project kick-off process in the site by ensuring that approved drawings, permits and project program are in place.
2. Execution of the project on time as per approved timeline, within the approved budget and in accordance with the contract specifications.
3. Ensuring that the quality of materials and the installation of work are in accordance to the criteria identified for the project.
4. Regular coordination and updates with the Planning Team on the detailed program and site works progress.
5. Compilation of all necessary progress reports and project documentations.
6. Responsible for execution of project Quality Management and Control System.
7. Ensuring that manpower requirements and suitably qualified personnel required for the project are mobilized in a timely manner.
8. Responsible for all aspects of the project health, safety and security by ensuring that standard PPE are worn by all site staff and safety policies are adhered.
9. Responsible for efficient material requisitions and coordination with the purchasing department for the procurement of material, timely delivery at site and submission of delivery notes.
10. Attending regular/scheduled meetings with the consultant, client, sub-contractors and weekly progress with project staff.
11. Issuing instructions to the sub-contractors advising them of available work areas and reviewing their progress of work.
12. Ensure that sub-subcontractors comply with site documentation requirements like permits and obtain their site access directly from the developer/security on timely manner.
13. Identifying site problems and taking the necessary corrective action to improve the progress and/or quality of work.
14.Receiving and actioning project correspondence.
15. Receive clients’ feedback/complaints and pass-on the same to the Operations Management (or company management) for action.
16. Ensure proper documentation for project handover, including warranties, manuals, and final reports.
17. Ensure the efficient coordination with HR Department any personnel issues in the site like annual leaves, sick leave, emergency leaves, attendance, staff appraisal, staff disciplinary actions, etc. as needed in the operation.
18. Perform Adhoc tasks as required by line manager to support the department’s workload.
19. Always align work ethics to company objectives and continuously seek improvement towards work responsibilities.
20. Participates in company HR programs in staff engagement, talent development and other initiatives to improve performance and professionalism at work.
