REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in interior fit-out project management in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, construction methods, and local authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic is a plus).
• UAE Driving License required.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to handover. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead site teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, plan, and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Supervise site works, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Manage procurement timelines and material approvals.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and conflicts effectively.
• Drive project handovers and ensure snag-free delivery.
• Maintain clear communication and reporting with management and clients.
