What Skills and Capabilities Will Make You Successful? Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, Finance, or similar disciplines), with an expected graduation date of July 2027 or later. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, PowerPoint, and AI-based solutions. Basic programming and automation skills (Python, SQL, VBA, or similar) are a plus. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
