Description
Interwood Mobel is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of project installations while ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, effective material utilization, contractor management, and operational coordination. The role requires strong oversight on site execution, billing processes, store management, and customer satisfaction in line with Interwood standards and SOPs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise project installation activities to ensure timely and smooth execution. Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to maintain project progress and resolve operational issues. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, installation standards, quality requirements, and SOPs. Monitor project materials, inventory, and stock reconciliation to ensure proper utilization and minimize losses. Oversee safe storage, handling, and movement of materials at project sites/stores. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain project progress and inventory reports. Identify quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams. Manage contractor performance, productivity, compliance, and billing verification. Ensure timely preparation of project-related billing, documentation, and closure reports. Coordinate with clients regarding project schedules, installations, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain effective coordination among sales, operations, production, warehouse, and quality teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Master in Construction management or project management, or relevant field. 5–8 years of relevant experience in projects, installations, operations, or furniture/interior industry. Strong understanding of project execution, site operations, and contractor handling. Proficiency in ERP/SAP/ primavera and MS Office preferred.
