What you'll be doing: As a Project Manager (12-Month FTC - Maternity/Parental Leave Cover) at Oriium, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery across Professional Services engagements and onboarding projects during a period of planned cover. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day project coordination - planning, scheduling, and reporting - while working closely with Oriium’s technical teams, partners, and third parties to keep projects on track and delivered to a consistently high standard. You’ll chair PMO and onboarding calls, maintain accurate project documentation, and keep systems like Salesforce and project management tools fully updated. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on structured delivery, clear processes, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We want to hear from you if you: Have proven project management experience, ideally within IT, technology, or professional services environments Hold an APM project management qualification (or equivalent) Are confident using project management tools such as MS Project (or equivalent) Have experience coordinating internal teams, customers, and third-party suppliers Are comfortable chairing project meetings and managing risks, issues, and dependencies Have strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently Have experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools Possess a good general understanding of IT services and technology delivery Can problem-solve effectively and escalate issues appropriately when required Desirable: Exposure to ISO 27001 or information security frameworks Experience within managed services, onboarding, or professional services delivery We’re committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and recognise that experience doesn’t always match every requirement perfectly.
