Description:
PROJECT MANAGER-
Dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a passion for creating exceptional client experiences and delivering high-quality products. Serves as the primary liaison between clients, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating orders, and maintaining clear communication to guarantee on-time delivery and strong client relationships. Skilled in developing innovative ideas and presentations while ensuring projects remain within scope and deadlines. Committed to providing an outstanding client experience through strategic planning, organization, and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Representatives and clients, managing communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Develop unique and creative product ideas and experiences tailored to clients’ needs.
- Communicate project timelines and deliverables to internal teams, clients, and Sales Representatives, ensuring alignment across all parties.
- Track project deadlines, proactively identifying and reporting any potential delays to the Sales Representative.
- Gather all necessary project details from clients or Sales Representatives, including art preferences, project scope, key deliverables, and new client information.
- Provide weekly status updates to clients on project and order progress, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
- Manage and facilitate client approvals, including order approvals, proof reviews, and other project confirmations.
- Deliver daily project and order status updates to Sales Representatives.
- Identify and escalate any project or order discrepancies to Sales Representatives or clients to maintain a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client requests, orders, and projects are effectively communicated and executed.
- Work closely with the Product Specialist team to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring all necessary information is accurately relayed.
- Generate orders from quotes provided by the Order Manager (OM) and submit them for client approval.
- Organize and maintain invoicing folders for approved orders.
- Conduct a final review of invoicing folders prepared by the Order Manager (OM) to verify accuracy and ensure satisfactory gross margins.
- Escalate significant order issues to the Director of Client Experience for resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Representatives, Order Managers (OM), and other departments as needed.
