Ironman Directional Drilling Ltd. is an industry leader in horizontal directional drilling and underground utility construction across Western Canada. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, directional drilling, or related industries.
  • Strong background in estimating, bidding, and cost control.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel regularly throughout Western Canada.

    Pay: $65,109.72-$121,564.94 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare and submit bids, including detailed cost estimates, schedules, and resource planning.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring costs align with estimates and company targets.
  • Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against deadlines.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
