We are looking for an IT project manager with AML compliance knowledge (m, f, d) as Project Manager IT Compliance Processes Bank AML Aufgaben Design of IT services in the area of global ALM processes with regard to functions and responsibilities / Management of the further development of the AML service strategy for account openings, onboarding, and KYC/AML compliance as well as financial crime / Further development of an IT service catalog in collaboration with the specialist teams after coordinating various perspectives / Implementation of optimized IT services following problematic processes related to incident and problem management, including change management / Identification and assessment of AML IT service risks / Monitoring and assessment of the AML IT service landscape / Assessment of the response time of 1st and 2nd line of defense risk management following incidents / Assessment of access rights controls / Ongoing optimization of IT service processes through automation and process improvement, as well as by ensuring AML service management best practices / Measurement of the performance and risks of IT services for global ALM processes and reporting to senior management / Monitoring of the AML service architecture, as well as service contracts and agreements / Ad hoc projects. Qualifikation Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Business Law / ITIL certification required / Knowledge of bank compliance processes, e.g., onboarding, account openings, KYC, AML, financial crime, KYT / Professional experience in IT service management and knowledge of ITIL practices / As a project manager, analytical skills and problem-solving skills/multitasking skills and quality orientation / Team orientation and high social skills / Communication and presentation skills / Fluency in English, German as an advantage.
