Description
You will be responsible for the contractually agreed services and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are reliably met.
In this role, you manage internal and external partners and coordinate all stakeholders throughout the entire service delivery process.
You create reports, analyze the results, and derive concrete measures for optimization.
You will be responsible for creating and sending ticket and invoice reports to customers, ensuring the recording and transparent communication of ticket processing times, and creating meaningful monthly ticket evaluations.
As the central point of contact with the customer, you are responsible for coordinating reports, inquiries, and billing.
You will oversee the execution of the agreed services, ensure professional expectation management, and coordinate all relevant stakeholders and issues in the customer environment.
