QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, specifically managing software development and implementation projects.
• Proven experience working with the Singapore public sector, particularly with governmental hospitals or healthcare institutions.
• Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering complex, end-to-end projects.

SKILLS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Deep understanding of the healthcare IT landscape and a solid grasp of clinical workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end IT software solution projects for our key clients, including major governmental hospitals like Singapore General Hospital (SGH), National University Hospital (NUH), and Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.

• Project Planning & Strategy : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital IT departments, clinical staff, and government agencies.
• Execution & Monitoring : Oversee the project team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Use agile or waterfall methodologies as appropriate. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments.
• Reporting : Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients. Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations.
