Responsibilities The Project Manager shall provide strategic planning, change management, integrated performance management, and human centered design and integration services to support our customer with meeting business needs. Define Overarching Strategy Taking the existing vision in various stages of development and combining those with the emerging needs and timelines in order to develop a sustained, executable strategy that encompasses systems/services, policy, information sharing and efficient business operations. Develop roadmap, workflows, and business rules a. Build a comprehensive roadmap that will detail the key milestones to implement the defined product, identifying the dependencies, proposed timelines, and potential blockers. These milestones will encompass multiple domains to include operational guidance, policy, workforce development, interagency agreements and systems modernization.b. Document current state workflows as well as what the future state workflows will look like as the services are integrated. These will identify the key stakeholders, pain-points (current)/opportunities (future), services and business processes involved.c. Develop a set of business rules and corresponding business requirements that will be used to generate technical requirements, policy changes, and design mockups, etc. Define and sequence Value Drivers Identify the KPIs and define the criteria and the level of impact that each of these KPIs will have on the business and its external partners, and then develop a prioritization for leadership to review and approve in order to resource the various projects as laid out in the roadmap. Drive implementation of key services Leverage a human centered design approach to illustrate the desired end state of the services using mockups, prototypes, presentations, etc. in order to elicit feedback and gain stakeholder understanding and support of. In addition to creating these illustrated products, the Project Manager will lead the team to conduct stakeholder feedback sessions and workshops to help inform and validate the strategic work products, such as roadmaps, workflows, etc. Qualifications At least tem (10) years of experience performing project management in Strategy and/or Organizational Change At least three (3) years of experience performing project management supporting the Federal Government Experience in getting multiple individuals/teams to work together towards a common goal IT security certifications, or an IT degree PMP certification Clearance Requirements: US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a federal government level clearance.
