Nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager IT Transformation senior pour contribuer à un programme stratégique de transformation IT couvrant l’IT Operating Model, la gouvernance IT et la structuration budgétaire (run / change / projets). Votre rôle Structurer et piloter la roadmap de transformation IT Analyser l’organisation IT existante et définir le modèle cible Mettre en place la gouvernance IT et la structuration budgétaire Préparer les supports de décision et assurer la coordination transverse Identifier des quick wins et opportunités de rationalisation IT Votre profil 15+ ans d’expérience en IT Expertise confirmée en gouvernance IT, organisation IT et structuration budgétaire Expérience en ITIL, audits/processus et maturity models Certifications appréciées : Prince2, Agile/Lean, ITIL, Prosci ADKAR Expérience dans le secteur public belge requise Excellentes capacités de communication, vision stratégique et posture conseil Environnement de travail FR / NL / EN

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will structure and lead the IT transformation roadmap, analyze the existing IT organization, and define the target model. They will also establish IT governance and budget structuring while preparing decision-making materials and coordinating across teams.
