As such, this company is seeking to employ an experienced Project Manager to oversee with the delivery of current and upcoming projects from start to finish in Pyrmont.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
- Proven record as a Project Manager delivering projects above $10M
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Commercial experience is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Client Management
- Manage time, cost, quality of project.
- Methodology & Programming
- Project Team Management & WHS
- Effective management of site teams and subcontractors
- Report project progress to the Managing Director
