Seeking experienced Project Managers to coordinate construction projects. Applicant should possess the following qualities to be considered for employment.

• Experience directing construction projects
• Experience with multi-family construction a plus
• Ability to estimate and bid all facets of construction
• Ability to analyze contract drawings and sub proposal for completeness.
• Document job progress
• Review and analyze changes to construction and associated costs.
• Candidate should have good oral and written communication skills and be comfortable working with design and development team.
• Ability to coordinate job related issues with project management team to find the best solution.
• Candidate should be self-starter with team approach, with the ability to delegate tasks and follow-up on task completion.
• Ability to read Blueprints and shop-drawings and identify lacking information
• Able to work well with governing authorities.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and comfortable enough to provide onsite presence on building inspections.
• Must have a valid Driver License
