At Jack Badger, we’re building a workplace we’re proud of, defined by exceptional craftsmanship and a shared commitment to excellence. This vision demands dedication, hard work, and a united team effort. That legacy drives us to push boundaries in every project we undertake.
We stand out not just for the quality of our joinery, but for the passionate, skilled individuals who make up our entire team. From our craftsmen to the specialists working in other departments, we’re a group united by a pursuit of quality and pride in what we do.
We’re looking for people who share our values—trust, collaboration, enthusiasm, respect, and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship—to join us in achieving our goals.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an organised and practically-minded Project Manager with experience in joinery or a related environment to help oversee the flow of work across our project lifecycle — from sales handover through to design, production, installation, and back to sales.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Director, supporting key project handovers, managing coordination between internal teams and external contacts, and keeping communication flowing at every stage.
We have a dedicated Production Controller overseeing logistics, workshop scheduling, and timesheets, so your focus will be on managing handovers, tracking project detail, solving problems and making sure everyone has what they need to move forward.
This role would suit someone who knows how things are built and fitted on site, and who can bring structure and clarity to a busy, high-output team — with the guidance and mentorship to grow.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the handover process from sales to concept/design, and from design into technical and production stages
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams during critical project transitions
  • Liaise with external contacts (e.g. clients, contractors, site managers) regarding site details, access, installation requirements, and handover dates
  • Prepare and maintain project trackers, handover documents, and shared project files
  • Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications, and joinery details to ensure clarity before production
  • Support fitters during install by coordinating information and troubleshooting where needed
  • Ensure clear project handover back to sales upon completion
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to refine and improve workflows over time
