JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate will harbour a passion for designing, pricing, planning & managing construction projects. The Project Manager’s job is to oversee each project from conception to the finished structure, acting as the central node in the project network of Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Inspectors and Authorities. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential. The successful candidate will be self motivated and capable of working independently in an organized manner, ready to facilitate review of their ongoing work.
