We provide a comprehensive range of essential facility management services to over 1,000 clients across various sectors, inclusive of commercial and government buildings, residential communities, schools, industrial facilities, transportation hubs, and retail outlets throughout New England, Northeast, Mid-Atlantic & Florida. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager in the West Palm Beach, FL area with proven experience managing operations in Class A+ commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of the high standards and expectations of such facilities, including maintaining premium service quality, advanced building systems, and professional client interactions. The position requires availability for one of the following shifts: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Flexibility may be needed based on operational needs. The Project Manager will be responsible for training, supervising, and monitoring work activities of employees and clients. They will also be responsible for analyzing, establishing, or adjusting work schedules to ensure completion of job assignments. Responsibilities: Lead operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality within Class A+ commercial buildings. Understand the commercial janitorial industry, including stripping & waxing floors and shampooing carpets. Ability to provide labor on short notice. Apply concepts, methods, and techniques of scheduling, supervision, inspection, and material distribution. Recommend improvements to cleaning methods or service quality. Interpret and enforce department procedures and safety regulations. Available to work if needed during emergencies (flood, hurricanes, etc.) and flexible with hours, including weekends. Create and manage section lists effectively. Proficient in the use of technology, including smartphones and iPads, to perform inspections and manage schedules. Inspect and maintain equipment regularly. Give clear verbal and written instructions. Prioritize and plan work to meet deadlines. Interpret specifications and requisition materials. Handle special projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience managing operations in Class A+ commercial buildings. Minimum 2 years of industry experience in floor maintenance, window cleaning, and general cleaning. Proficiency in payroll systems, reporting, and other technologies used for scheduling and employee management. Proficiency in Excel and basic math skills. Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to prioritize workloads and remain detail-oriented under pressure. Possess a valid driver’s license. Ability to carry, lift, push, or pull thirty (30) pounds or more. Professionalism and flexibility to assist and accommodate accordingly. Enthusiasm and positive, can-do attitude.
