We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish with deep consideration for Timelines, Budgets and Specifications. The candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. This role is a key leadership role within the company responsible for advising senior management. Responsibilities Use the Prinoth Development Process to start, run and complete new product introduction projects on time, within scope and within budget Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to set attainable project goals Run multiple large, multi-year projects and multiple smaller, limited scope projects at the same time Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected Address gaps or discrepancies in timeline, scope or budget in a timely manner to adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs, development or financing for the projects change Assessing risks and establishing contingency plans Run other projects for Sales, Engineering or Operations as identified by management Requirements · Technical Bachelor's degree · 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields · Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project · Strong communication skills
