Description

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, and work breakdown structures. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to obtain approvals and permits. Lead cross-functional project teams including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments. Conduct regular progress and coordination meetings to ensure alignment of goals. Prepare project budgets and cost estimates in collaboration with QS teams. Monitor expenses, progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and change requests. Implement cost control measures and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project. Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications. Identify and resolve construction issues, risks, and conflicts that arise during the execution phase. Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. Monitor QA/QC procedures to maintain high construction standards. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and statutory compliance. Coordinate site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed. Track project progress against milestones and schedules. Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and clients. Anticipate delays and proactively implement corrective actions to recover lost time.
