Project Manager What this job involves: Plan and deliver improvement works projects on time and within budget Prepare and submit building plans to BCA, SCDF, URA, and other authorities for approval Manage government sector projects and coordinate with stakeholders Oversee facilities operations during construction to minimize disruption Prepare quotations using Schedule of Rates (SOR) and manage approval workflows Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Required: Registered member of Society of Project Managers Singapore (SPMS), Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES), or equivalent Minimum 5 years relevant project management experience Experience managing government sector projects Knowledge of building plan submission processes and regulatory requirements Experience in facilities operations management Expertise in SOR quotation and approval processes Preferred: FSM (Facilities Security Management) certification ECC (Environmental Control Coordinator) certification Key Skills: Strong understanding of Singapore building codes and regulations Excellent stakeholder management and communication Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Location: On-site –Singapore If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
