Commercial General Contractor looking to hire a Project Manager to manage projects within Oregon and Washington. Looking for someone experienced with a proven background in managing commercial construction jobs. We are looking for someone that is a team player, that can manage people, stick to schedules, bid on jobs, provide weekly reports, photos of job progress, and communicates effectively. Someone with professional attire, has a reliable vehicle, preferably a truck that can get materials or haul trailers as needed. Someone that can travel as we work throughout Oregon and Washington. Someone that can line up jobs and keep work flowing so that deadlines are met. We are looking for someone that is a hard worker, is reliable, shows up everyday and on time, someone that wants to grow with a company and bring insight. Great customer service is a must. Someone that is savvy with a cell phone and a computer is a must. References are a must. Vehicle is a must. Cell phone is a must. Communication is key.
