This is what your daily work looks like:

• Professional management of 9-10 employees and control of the departments involved.
• Coordination and comprehensive support of projects in the field of advertising technology
• Contact person for customers throughout the entire project execution
• Creation and editing of offer calculations, including their follow-up and adjustment.
• Order management including deadline monitoring and on-time deliveries
• Control of construction site processes and communication with third parties
• Maintenance of master data, quotation data and order data in the ERP system
• Responsibility for the timely and budget-compliant execution of projects, including project optimization.

Show what you're passionate about:

• Completed technical vocational training with further education as a technician or master craftsman, e.g., in the field of advertising technology, event technology, or similar, with commercial experience.
• Several years of professional experience in project management and office administration
• Expertise in advertising, media, or event technology is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• You have knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel and a Class B driver's license (usually without overnight stays). Put your know-how into practice and help us set great things in motion!
