The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, consultants, OEMs, and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ELV projects (industrial / commercial / large‑scale infrastructure). Manage multiple ELV projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, quality, and timelines. Oversee site execution, installation, testing & commissioning, and final handover. ELV Systems Management Strong working knowledge and hands‑on exposure to ELV systems including: CCTV & Video Surveillance Access Control Systems (ACS) Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) Public Address (PA) Systems Building Management Systems (BMS) Servers, Structured Cabling & Networking Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Manage coordination with OEMs, system integrators, vendors, and subcontractors. Handle client communication, progress reviews, escalations, and issue resolution professionally. Commercial & Planning Responsibilities Review and validate BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submissions. Responsible for budgeting, cost control, billing, and margin management. Resource planning including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. Documentation & Drawings Review and approve shop drawings, GA layouts, as‑built drawings, and method statements. Ensure timely preparation and submission of project documentation, reports, and handover dossiers. Risk, Safety & Compliance Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans. Ensure strict adherence to site safety norms, statutory compliance, and quality standards. Manage escalations and ensure timely closure of issues and snags. Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent client handling and communication abilities. Proven experience in cost, time, and quality control. Ability to manage complex, multi‑vendor project environments. Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and escalation‑handling skills. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline. Preferred Experience Experience in industrial plants, large campuses, data centers, or infrastructure projects. Exposure to multi‑system ELV integration projects. Key Deliverables Successful full‑cycle project delivery. On‑time project completion within approved budget. High customer satisfaction and compliance with safety & quality standards.
