The role will be responsible for project delivery, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage ELV / IBMS projects from design to commissioning. Handle projects involving CCTV, ACS, FAS, and integrated building management systems. Prepare project plans, schedules, BOQs, and execution strategies. Coordinate with consultants, clients, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and timelines. Manage subcontractors, site teams, and resolve technical / site issues. Ensure adherence to contractual, technical, and safety requirements. Support testing, commissioning, handover, and documentation. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in IBMS / ELV project management. Strong exposure to CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, and ELV integrations. Experience in large commercial / IT parks / residential / industrial projects preferred. Good understanding of ELV standards, system architecture, and coordination with other services. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Education BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related discipline.
