Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is not just any Project Manager role - we’re specifically looking for an experienced restoration professional who knows the industry, understands the complexities of managing multiple projects, and has a proven track record of success in the restoration/reconstruction space.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of management/leadership experience in the restoration/construction industry
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Xactimate and industry-standard estimating tools
• Strong understanding of construction methods and building codes
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Class A or B General Contractors License
• IICRC certifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Commercial project experience
• Experience with large loss projects ($150k+)

• Manage multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously, ranging from small residential repairs to large commercial losses ($150k+)
• Lead and coordinate subcontractor teams to ensure quality work and timely completion
• Create and manage work orders, schedules, and project budgets
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance carriers, and internal team members
• Monitor job sites for safety compliance and quality control
• Provide regular project updates and status reports
• Handle the complexities of various project types (fire, water, mold restoration)
• Navigate both residential and commercial projects with equal expertis
