JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position that includes in-house training, with the goal of transitioning into a fully independent Project Manager role in the future. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to support project teams across various stages of development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience on construction sites is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Assist in developing and managing project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans.
• Review blueprints and construction drawings to ensure they meet design specifications and contract requirements.
• Conduct periodic site visits to assess project progress and provide support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.
