• 3+ years on junior Project Management position or relevant management experience on other position(s)
• 3+ years managing or coordinating a team of 2 - 3 people
• English Upper-Intermediate - both spoken and written

• Supports sales team through developing effective project delivery solutions/proposals including quotas.
• Completes project risk analysis and defines mitigation actions of the risks identified.
• Allocates required project resources (people, tools, hardware, software, partners etc.)
• Prepares and completes project specific education, coaching.
• Creates and controls project budgets, does cost tracking, issues Purchase Orders and Invoices, approves work reports.
• In line with project plans: organizes, assigns, measures and monitors work of his/her project team members. Ensures team’s compliance with standards, practices and policies
• Ensures quality and timelines of team’s deliveries, plus team’s responsiveness and professional treatment of both external end internal clients.
• Solves issues or disagreements (system or product), identifies causes and sets corrective/preventive action.
• Actively participates on Unit (corporate) management (meetings) - provides data, informs, proposes innovations, provides constructive feedback.
• Trains and coaches junior Project Managers. Creates methodologies, tools, checklists, etc. to improve project management process.
