• Lead and manage IT and cybersecurity implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support the sales team in project scoping and solution feasibility discussions.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP or other project management certifications will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
