EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly in roofing.
• Knowledge of project management, team coordination, and budget control.
• Experience in supervision and coordination with subcontractors and/or suppliers.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Advanced English (mandatory)
• Advanced AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Advanced Revit (preferred)

• Manage roofing construction projects and other types of projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the work team and subcontractors.
• Control project costs, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient execution.
• Review work quality through photos and videos, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and provide daily updates on project progress.
• Manage project profitability and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality regulations at all project stages.
• Provide detailed reports to the team leader on project progress and status.
