Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years experience. Architectural license in the State of Texas preferred. Ability to understand how buildings are constructed and to create and direct others to assemble technical documents. Experience with regulatory approval process/building plan check review, and permitting. Strong leadership, organizational, written/verbal communication, and relationship-management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and willing to learn Excellent time management and organizational skills Highly collaborative and a strong team player Proficient in REVIT.
