JOB OPPORTUNITY: PROJECT MANAGER

KAAPA is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Kearney to lead project execution across multiple facilities, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining efficient operations at each plant location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a multi-location environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Oversee projects at multiple locations, ensuring that timelines and budgets are managed effectively
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments such as engineering and plant management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
• Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all project activities
• Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
