Description
Kaizen Asset Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver real estate, facilities, and infrastructure projects across our managed communities. The role requires strong technical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects across residential and commercial communities. Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, and procurement plans. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual and SLA requirements. Liaise with government authorities (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, RERA, DEWA, etc.) for approvals and certifications. Monitor project progress, risks, and snags; ensure timely resolution and reporting. Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for clients, senior management, and stakeholders. Ensure projects meet Kaizen’s standards for quality, sustainability, and customer experience. Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project execution and facilities management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, or related field. 3–5 years’ project management experience in Owners Association/FM sector in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, codes, and approval processes. Professional certifications (PMP) preferred. Proven experience in contractor/vendor management and community project delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
