Job Overview:
We are seeking a proven Project Manager to shepherd the end-to-end creative development process from external agency partners through KDP, beginning with kickoff and through asset completion. The position reports into the Sr. Manager- Project management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of agency/brand project management experience in progressive roles, with ideally at least 2 years in a creative agency
  • A deep understanding and working knowledge of end-to-end creative development and production processes across various media channels and asset types
  • The gravitas, emotional intelligence, and negotiating skills to ensure deadlines and budgets are met, without sacrificing the quality of the work
  • Determination, courage, and ingenuity in the face of obstacles, deadlines, ambiguity, and healthy conflict
  • Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit
  • An infatuation with beverages, a love of brands, and a lifelong affair with all things creative
  • CPG and brand-side experience a plus

Responsibilities
  • Function as primary point of contact for projects within KDP and with Agency Partner.
  • Establish schedules and manage to milestones, including project kickoffs, collaboration with external creative agencies for reviews and handoffs between internal and external partners; Manage appropriate inputs required for projects and facilitate release to agency partner or KDP team.
  • Anticipate and respond to shifts in priorities, tasks, resources and/or requirements on an on-going basis
  • Utilize established tools for managing workflow, timetables, scopes and budgets
  • Work closely with Agencies, Project Management and Production teams to ensure responsibilities are being transferred seamlessly from Project Management to Production team, when appropriate
  • Ensure risks are mitigated and properly communicated and escalated across the organization
  • Responsible for the project management of projects within specified category of brands.
  • Create weekly status reports for all projects managed
  • Drive project and tasks to completion
