Description:
We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join our North Scotland business based out of Aberdeen. The Project manager will be aligned to deliver a refurbishment and extension to an agricultural research facility.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
As Project Manager you will be responsible for safe delivery managing programme, budgets, resources and sub contractor partners to deliver a quality facility for the client
Your day to day will include:
- Oversee the day to day management and leadership of assigned project working and effectively manage performance of H&S, the works team, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve the programme requirements.
- Manage and monitor subcontractor performance ensuring compliance with the programme demands and utilising information from site management team to inform monthly reports which track adherence against programme and commercial targets.
- Ensuring Kier and governing body safety procedures and legislation are followed and in place.
- Working closely with the project commercial team to report on the current and projected financial status of the project.
- Ensure works under your leadership comply with the project specific environmental plan and waste management.
- Chair and attend design team meetings as required. ensure design team issue information in line with project programme and Issue RFI’s as required.
