Kitchenworld have been supplying kitchens and wardrobes to the Irish commercial market since 1977 and have a long history of dealing with the largest developers in the country.
We supply to both Residential (B2C) and Commercial Developers (B2B) in the new build sector

YOUR EXISTING SKILLS:

  • A good background knowledge of the construction industry, preferably Kitchen Installation
  • Leaving certificate or above (or equivalent)
  • Full and clean driving licence
  • Experience or training in Joinery would be a bonus but not essential
  • An existing Safe Pass or similar is advantageous

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

This is a permanent role working mainly in the greater Dublin area on the building sites of our commercial customers managing and overseeing projects from commencement to completion (handover), to ensure a high level of installation and customer satisfaction
This role is responsible for liaising with all Kitchenworld departments and various levels of personnel on-site within our client’s business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out pre check measure surveys (measuring room dimensions)
  • Ensuring kitchen installations are carried out to Kitchenworld accepted standards
  • Direct / Liaising with site managers and other trades: installers, plumbers, electricians, granite companies and third-party suppliers
  • Attending to, and resolving aftercare / service calls within stated timescales (dictated by contract terms)
  • Attending all on site meetings requested, take minutes / notes, and follow up any actions
  • Overseeing site deliveries and liaising with site personnel
  • Completing all necessary site paperwork regularly and submit weekly
  • Resolving site queries including for example contra charge claims
  • Intervening at site level to assist with account issues
  • Providing weekly updates/reports
  • Attendance at Head office for site discussions, progress meetings, project management meetings and ongoing training
